"Great and convenient stay"

"I made the reservation for my elderly father to stay there for five days. He decided not to go and I spoke with the hotel and Expedia. The hotel will not give me ANY of my dads money back. "The hotel itself was nice. The pool and hot tub were the best thing about this hotel. The elevators were a 50/50 shot whether they would work or not. Many times we even got stuck for a minute or two on the elevators. The most disappointing thing was they advertised free breakfast on Expedia and Travelocity but that's a lie. I asked and they said no, free breakfast was not included with our stay even though when searching for a hotel I had the free breakfast filter checked."
