"Stayed with my kids. Room size was more spacious than an average size hotel room in Japan. Location is convenient. Room was clean. Although the room cleaning service was on every 4th day, they exchanged the towels on a daily basis so, it was not an inconvenience to us. They had a weight scale to check your luggage weights which I found helpful."

"The hotel was the best one we had in Japan with all staff courteous, helpful and good at speaking English. Importantly there was plenty of place for the luggages in the room which is rare! It was very well located. "

"Reception staff are astute and proactive. We arrived early for check in and having to ask, they informed us that they would process check in for us, arrange to have our luggage stored and asked if we could be back at 3pm to pick up our room keys. Rooms are a good size and clean, although the property is dated. Room cleaning is once every 2 days but room amenities, towels are refreshed daily - on non-room cleaning days, they will put these in a bag, which is hung on your door knob. Pillows are small and some may find the mattress hard. Breakfast is great! Loved the onigiri and fresh seafood bowl. Location of hotel is also hard to beat. Very near to the metro, main shopping street and multiple malls, and car rental shops. Overall, this hotel offers good value."

"This is my 2nd time to stay at this property. I love the club lounge access and closeness to the station. Its quiet and clean room. If i come back to fukuoka, I will stay here again. "

"This was an overnight stay so I really didn’t get a chance to know a hotel or staff very well. Hotel is very well kept and the staff are friendly. My lack of Japanese was not a hinderance whatsoever. "
