Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU
Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Onsen is amazing, beautiful gardens. Only drawback is that if don't eat at the restaurant not much close by and nothing else at the hotel.

The Fujiya Hotel
The upkeep of the hotel, the attention to detail, and the quality of customer service were superb! It does not get better than this. The level of attention and responsiveness to each of us is as if there are nobody else at the hotel.
