"Our experience at Helios was a great one. From friendly and welcoming staff to the clean rooms. The service was always fast and friendly. Our room was facing the park and what a treat that was. We were able to watch the spectacular light show at night from the room. And you can see the entire park from there. We love all hotels on all the park properties but Helios was very nice because there was no walk or ride to the park. We literally stepped right outside and we were there. If we visit Epic again we will definitely stay there. "
