"The room was very clean although we had to move the beds as my friend lost her earring. Under the bed although easily moveable failed miserably and quite off putting a hair bobble, cardboard, earplug, sequins, tablets was seen..yuk. We had a 3 course meal which was very well presented and nice but we had the unfortunate experience of a large very loud radio company which spoilt our meal as we couldn’t hear ourselves think! "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons.
