"Stayed here for 3 nights on arrival to Crete and was so pleasantly surprised to find this gem just outside of the main city with free underground parking, an enormous breakfast brought to your room each morning, spotless accommodations, menu with more than enough options, a spa with excellent service (Maria was the most pleasant and professional masseuse), comfortable beds and views along with staff always happy and helpful. This boutique hotel should set an example for all! Would recommend...

"The breakfast was already laid out buffet style. Would be nice to have freshly cooked fried eggs but what we had was good. A vast array of breakfast to suit every need and not restricted to amounts. Clean large room. Friendly helpful staff. Because it was April visit no hot tub as the holiday season not yet in full swing. Lovely old harbour but an evening walk to harbour restaurants."

"Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!"

"The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. "
