"The rooms and hotel were nice in general. Our only issue during our stay was really the amenities. The pool was about the size of a large hot tub and was FREEZING. There was no hot tub or anything and the exercise room consisted of some dumbbells and a couple treadmills. Overall decent, but gravely disappointed by the amenities. "

"Great value. Clean, comfy beds, helpful amenities including a fridge in the room, adjoining rooms, nice variety at breakfast. Pool was a little cold but my niece loved it. Hot tub was huge. Small but very functional gym. Quick drive to lots of outdoor spaces including Lapham Peak. Walkable to tons of shops and little fast casual restaurants including ice cream and Starbucks. Easy off/on to highway and convenient to everything we were doing in Delafield and Waukesha. We have family in the area...

"It's clear this hotel went through some recent renovations. Check-in area was very clean and up to date. Rooms were also updated but were lacking in areas. There were unknown drips on bathroom walls and carpet seemed worn. The shower pressure was abysmal and the shower curtain did not reach the bottom of the shower so there was water everywhere, a serious slipping hazard. You may not hear any plane noise from the airport but we were woken up both nights by loud stomping or banging from upper or...

"My stay from 03/13-03/15/2026 at Avid hotel Milwaukee West Waukesha by IHG in Pewaukee, Wisconsin was great. The building appears pretty new. Basic amenities, mini fridge in the room but a clean room. Staff were nice. Microwave, filtered water, tea, hot cocoa packets available all day on the 1st floor in the reception area. I saw a small gym with 2-3 treadmills that I didn't utilized. Wide elevators. Breakfast was included (cereal, bagels, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, alternating days- bacon...

"Property's elevator was broken, breakfast was substandard compared with other locations. Bead was only made 1. TV did not have a remote. Sink was damaged and no drain filter. "

"I can't even tell you how exceptional the staff was! The owner was on site and he bent over backwards to make sure that where we needed to go was taken care of in a timely fashion, gave us lots of advice for places to visit, and treated us as if we were the only guests!"

Biscuits, yogurt, chocolate milk, french bread, waffles, granola,grits, potato wedges, sausages, 3 different cheeses 🧀, blueberry muffins, bagels, 3 cereals, hot chocolate and a lovely smile from wonderful preparers!!! We slayed 4 day's add I used the excersize equipment before every morning meal!! We could walk to Costco and Olive garden even in blizzard weather, ,clean and quiet with no smell of weed as most hotels have now, we will stay again!!!"
