"A lovely boutique hotel in Old Montreal. It's on St Paul, close to the more crowded parts, but in a more relaxed area. Easy access to lots of shops and restaurants. The room we had overlooked the street. It had fabulous light, and was very comfortable, Even on our last day when we watched relaxed in the large room, and watched The Open and El Coupe Mundial. "Excellent location for visiting old town Montreal. Everything we wanted to do was within easy walking distance. Very helpful staff especially with our 1 am check-in due to a late flight arrival. The room met our needs and the bathroom shower wonderful. The breakfast boxes are a nice treat, but don’t expect to fill up. Fortunately, there are plenty of food options nearby. Parking was also very convenient, but did cost $35/day. Will definitely return for another stay at this hotel."

"I will never ever stay at this hotel again. For starters there was no hot water from the shower and the water barely ran At one o’clock which most consider lunch time there were only premade sandwiches available for a starting price of $35. Because I am celiac they said there was no one available to make a sandwich because it was not lunch time. Again this was at one in the afternoon There was so much construction being done around the building Uber drivers could not even get to the entrance....

"Front desk closed early for some reason, but check in instructions were clear. Breakfast staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. Most annoying issue was I had left an item in my room and called the front desk but got no answer so I left a message. After a few hours I tried calling again with no answer.so we stopped by anout 2pm. The lobby door was locked and no one at the front desk. We finally got the maintenance lerson's attention who helled me get my item. She said front desk should have...
