The negative was the breakfast that was served at their Lobster Bar restaurant. Truly bad. Dry toast, no butter or jam, overcooked omelet and salad with no dressing. The coffee was very good though. "

Only issues with location was some temporary construction at a nearby intersection (passable or avoidable by walking an extra block) and some street noise at night, not bad unless you are a light sleeper, in which case avoid staying in the old district buildings completely. "Perfect location, the apt is a five minute walk to the McGill campus. The space was extremely clean and we all all enjoyed having our own space. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. The amenities were also very well maintained and looked after. The only very slight observation was that the bed in our bedroom was in disrepair, but the staff addressed it quickly and were wonderful about it"
