"The hotel is in a nice area, the only downside is that it needs some maintenance on certain areas. You can see that that needs to be better in certain rooms.
Staff will help you with all questions or changes that you want. And the restaurant is serving great food."

"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. "Hôtel et restaurant conforme aux attentes, personnel nombreux, c'est plus qu'un restaurant d'hôtel les clients sont aussi de nombreux locaux. En plus du spa l'hôtel dispose d'une belle piscine extérieure chauffée avec chaises longues, elle n'est pas au même endroit que le spa. Le meilleur hôtel de la région."

"Very disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. Everything felt overpriced, and even basic things seemed to come with extra charges. Customer service was poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and staff were not helpful. Traveling with a child, we even had difficulty getting an extra bottle of water. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star rating and was not worth the price. We would not recommend it."
