"Everyone and everything about this place is Milele for me. Coastal Kenyan African experience. I stayed for 3 weeks and watched improvements being made. From the men’s bathroom to the beach patio. You can see that they are working proudly to make Milele a forever place for us all. "

"Hotellet var som sådan okay, men lidt slidt. Der var da vi var der, en DJ både ved poolen og ved stranden, hvilket gav en uacceptabel støj. Der var kravlende insekter i sengen, min kone blev bidt, med et stort sår til følge. Maden og servicen var dog okay. Lokationen af hotellet var fin og stranden også vældig god."

"Altogether everything was okay. Though the statys of the washing area was not in good condition. The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing...

"Our stay at the Swahili Beach Apartments was lovely. The staff were very kind and receptive to our requests, however, there are a few things that we’re missing in the unit. 1. Water was said to be provided, and on the first day it was, however on the second day we were told that water was only provided for the first day. After a bit of back-and-forth, the staff agreed to bring more water for that day as well. After that, we purchased our own water. 2. Air-conditioning was said to be within the...

"Host took an hour to arrive to give access to the room. Apartment was filthy. Electricity kept going out so the host would ask the guest to top up. Nothing worked in the apartment and eventually given a refund in darkness. The host is rude, unprofessional lacks respect and part of the decline of Mombasa as a tourist hotspot. Expedia should ban such hosts "

"Booked and paid through expedia, made 6 calls to the host without a response while waiting outside the apartments..An hour later, the host called me to say the apartment is not managed by themselves and that I should contact Expedia for a refund...Taken me a few days for my money to be returned. Expedia should ban such hosts that are fraudulent ...This is typical behaviour of hosts in Mombasa who are ruining the tourism industry in the area.."

"Ich musste Geld bezahlen damit ich dort das Zimmer buche, (nachdem) ich gebucht und bezahlt habe sagten, die mir das Zimmer sei ausgebucht. Somit hätte ich das Recht das ich das Geld retour zu bekommen, aber die wollen es nicht! ACHTUNG vor diese Hotel, Geldabzocke und gierig!"

"With all due respect I didnt get to stay at The Lux suites Furaha. Somehow I got switched to H20 apartments which was a horrible experience for me and my family and I would like a partial refund because Every day we were either without water or power and Everytime I asked the property manager why are we here, we were supposed to be staying at Lux suites we would get the run around and no answer to why we were sent there!!!"
