"Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle.
The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...

"Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it."

"Brilliant Aparthotel , lovely room with kitchen and decent sized TV . Brilliant location for everything to do in Liverpool. I travelled with my 2 children. Tesco and takeaway shops less than 5 mins away. Quiet area . Few minutes away from The Cavern and all the Beatles pubs. Would stay again most definitely 😁"

"Great city centre location (remember Liverpool is a big party town, so don't expect peace and serenity), and big comfortable rooms are great. Slight downside, for us, was being allocated an accessible room which doesn't really fit the bill if you don't need the adjustments made for accessibility. Reception staff for checking in were great and really friendly, and they were also very accommodating with looking after our luggage after checkout. "The rooms were good. Nice to be able to do laundry. Location was nice. Parking ended up being really bad. Didn’t have a code and it was hard to figure out how to park. Due to no code ended up paying 56 pounds when it should have been only 20 pounds. We were told no reimbursement. "
