"Nice water pressure. The only bad thing it doesn't have elevators. It's got two levels, but no elevator. The staff was nice enough to give us the bottom floor because it would be hard to climb stairs for me."

"This was our first time staying at Fairfield Inn and we were happy with our booking. We were welcomed by friendly staff and were able to access our room which was conveniently located on the first floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and were glad to have hard boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, bacon, and cereal. Our kids enjoyed the hotel, although we did not find time to swim or use the workout facilities, they both appeared clean and...

"The room was so filthy that we couldn’t stay. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was disgusting, even the mattress had stains on it. We had to move to another hotel, and they would not refund our money. I would not recommend it AT ALL."

"The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience."

"First we get a room,that was not cleaned ,food and boxes everywhere like someone was living there.The second room we were given had dirty bed spread with some type of pink splatter dried on the comforter, peephole covered over, shower curtain had mold all over it,so nasty,will never book here again."

"Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...

"Nice resto bldg. decent price"

"Our room was dirty dirt and debris behind front door, spiders and dirt behind bathroom door, at least 30 burn holes in our blanket. I was disgusted with the amount of garbage in hallways and alcohol cans/bottles on window ledges. It is very poorly maintained. The breakfast consisted of dry muffins in a wrapper and coffee. However the front desk staff was very nice. I will never stay again, and would not recommend to anyone. In all honesty I feel like a refund is in order."
