"Avid hotel had everything I needed, very well equipped. The breakfast was good, the bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice. The personnel were also very helpful and went above and beyond. The shuttle driver who picked me up, told me the best route to get to where I needed to the next day, and the shuttle driver, the next morning went out of her way to take me to the rental car place, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"The room itself was clean, however the garbage was overflowing in lobby, silverware was not filled even after I asked front desk for a fork. There was coffee and food stains not cleaned up by the coffee area. Our bathroom sink had very low water pressure. Maintenance was supposed to come back as someone was in shower. No one came back. The pool was out of order and when it was supposedly fixed it was cold and the website says that they have a heated pool. I looked around for ice machine pn second floor as there was a sign but there was no ice machine. Elevator was out of order."

"Location was near airport but walking was difficult and a car was needed. Shuttle was necessary and convenient. Food was just okay and very expensive for breakfast $16-20 and store in lobby expensive. Room carpet was sticky and dirty. Room 711 was not sound proof. You could hear slamming doors all night along with the TV & clear conversations all night from next room until 5:30 am when they checked out. NOT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP"

"It’s a nice hotel, stayed here to get off the highway for the night. I find there to be to many rules and extra fees for things here though. The pool says it’s supposed to be just for hotel guests but they actually allow people from the gym to use it as well. Also you can not have any pool toys in the pool at all floaties, noodles, sinkers tubes nothing. You have to pay extra for everything there’s no breakfast no coffee out in the lobby no water. There is an ice machine so that’s one good thing about it for a night it’s not bad. We got the king room with the kids beds which was my favourite part so the kids can have there own beds. One thing they should address though instead of hiding is the bed frame being out to far for the bed I ended up smashing my leg on the bar underneath because they hid it with a bed skirt left a pretty bad bruise too."
