"Property was clean but a little dated especially in the bathroom. Beds were new and comfortable. Property staff were friendly and helpful. Overall great stay for a night at the beach."

"Stayed for 3 nights and slept great each night. Comfy beds, clean rooms and nice free parking underneath the building. Our room smelled a little funky like mold, but we were truly only there to sleep as we spent the rest of the time a short drive away at Hampton Beach. My kids loved the pool. I wish the hot tub wasn’t still under maintenance as that’s why I chose this hotel l."

"Overall, we had a good stay. The staff was friendly, the room smelled clean, and the pool was well maintained. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The only downside was that the floors in our room were very sandy, and my feet would get dirty quickly. I found myself rinsing them off in the shower often. "Pleasently surprised. This little cozy place was more then I expected. Staff was nice, view was great, room was clean. Convenient to everything, even the neighboring rooms were respectful. No late night shanagins. The coffee shop down stairs was a big plus. Great coffee, muffins, opens at 6am. Really had a great stay."
