"If you’re reading negative reviews- they are true. If you’re reading positive reviews - they are also true. If this place was 200$ per night I would Rate it higher. Relative to its price point, it is simply not worth it. The lay out is not good, the rooms are not modern and they are understaffed. The bathroom is tiny; the floors had sand. The staff is nice but not efficient and unable to meet your needs the way a 5 star check in process would be. Everyone seems removed. The beach is nice...

"The resort was very nice and well maintained. I would say the staff wasn't that great. I've much better experiences. I enjoyed my massage and spa. The only complaint I have is that at a room near mine room was very loud and woke me up at 11:30. I couldn't get a response from dialing 0 and I tried 5x. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk she really didn't seem to care much."
