"Clean room, gracious staff, and close to the airport; shuttle did not show up as scheduled so we had to take an uber to catch our flight in the morning."

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."

"The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. Having no access...

"Uitstekend verblijf gehad. Kamer was ruim, schoon en verzorgd. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Gent zien ze ons hier zeker weer terug!"

"Chambre spacieuse, literie de bonne facture, bonne insonorisation, belle vue, salle de bains spacieuse et moderne. Petit bémol niveau réglage de la climatisation. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre (normal vu la disposition et l'orientation de la chambre) mais je n'ai pas réussi à régler la ventilation ce qui fait qu'il a vite fait un peu étouffant dans la chambre."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The underground parking was easily accessed & check-in efficient & friendly (English speaking). The room was compact but comfortable with a good sized, comfy bed. I didn't hear any noise from other guests and the room temperature was easily controlled. Good TV as well. Didn't try the pizza advertised but will be returning shortly & will do then."

"Modern hotel, licht, schoon, goed bed. Goed ontbijt, veel te kiezen. Gemakkelijk parkeren onder het hotel (€15 per nacht). Op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer en badkamer waren wel erg klein, maar alles was spik en span. Koffie en thee kan je onbeperkt halen, in de eetzaal."
