"our room was very clean. the two bedroom cottage was nice for our family of four. we stayed just one night before we flew back to the mainland after a two week vacation on the north shore. I wish we had dedicated a few more days to stay in the Kauai Palms and explore the south shore and Waimea Canyon, etc. the kitchen supported our final night "happy hour" and a quick breakfast in the morning. we walked from our cottage to the near by Rob's good time for a fun and good dinner. "Everything was beautiful and staff was kind. Only complaint was Our fridge never worked properly and our food all went bad. They gave us only a $30 credit. They tried to fix it twice and never replaced it."

"The resort is really great; the beach is amazing and the staff were wonderful. The only thing we didn't love was in order to do the resort activities, you had to sign up at 8am. The craft activities only had 10 spots for a resort full of guests; so if you weren't there earlier than 8am to line up for sign-ups, you weren't able to participate. It was disappointing to have to do that while on vacation. Otherwise, it was a fantastic play to stay!"

"From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. "We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and our stay was amazing. Our villa was beautiful. The washer/dryer wasn’t efficient but the fact there was a unit in our villa was a plus. The property is walking distance to the beaches. The pools are amazing. Our stay was everything we hoped for."

"Definitely an older hotel but the view, welcoming staff, and very well maintained grounds make it worth it. Very easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and numerous food carts. We just left and are already planning our next visit!"

"Just all of it, the rooms were so cozy, the bed was very comfortable, room, bathroom, grounds beautiful & clean. Front desk awsome. The best was the tiki pool bar, great drinks & both gentlemen at the bar were awesome, friendly & so cool. Air conditioning was so cold we had to lowers it down to minimum."
