"The room and breakfast were nice! Staff were great!"

"The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was satisfactory, the dining room was very cold though. The cleaning and cooking staff were very friendly and attentive. The biggest thing I didn't care for was, the 25 dollar early check in fee I was charged, for checking in 2 hours early. I thought that was unnecessary. That's really my main complaint."

"I thought the 3 to 11 front desk clerk was very helpful and resourceful. The maintenance man was prompt and willing to assist in making our stay more relaxed and memorable. The cleaning supervisor was not helpful and did not keep her word. I would like to have enough towels in my room for my family in the future."

"My stay was overall good apart from the bedding and billows did smell a little odd. The sheets and billows covers were not stained or anything but they do smell did."

"They pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, the housekeeping staff does a very good job. Amenities are very basic but sufficient, the free breakfast was improved to add toaster waffles but there is no protein (but there a Waffle House only steps away). Convenient location to I-10 and to the Slidell Old Town and city center (7-8 minutes away). Good value for the price."

"I arrived around 9:00 PM after a long drive and significant traffic delays while traveling for business with Ochsner Health. As a solo traveler, safety is extremely important to me, and unfortunately, I did not feel safe at this property from the moment I arrived. The area surrounding the hotel was concerning.
