"Lovely hotel near the airport. Clean, tidy, sufficient for our needs. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Despite being near the hotel it was pleasantly really quiet and peaceful. I could not hear the planes at all. I would highly recommend. The price of room was reasonable in comparison to others in the area. The parking was at the back of the hotel and easy to use. I think this will improve once the works at the front of the hotel are completed. We ordered pizza and chips at the bar...

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The best part for me was the food which was really very good with excellent presentation, decent portions and very well prepared. "Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"Hotel needs an update. Staff were nice enough and all the bits you need were there but the customer experience was lacking. Our room was lovely, if cold. The radiators only work part of the time. The characterful bathroom did not have a big enough radiator - no lingering in the bath with just a tidgy towel rail to heat you ( a tall ceiling and giant window.)
