"There were some issues in the first room that I had reserved but the management got me out of that one and upgraded me to a much nicer room while they tended to the issues affecting the initial room. They also waived my pet fee for my troubles. That shows good responsiblity on their end. I would be fine with returning to that property if my travels took me down that way."
