"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "We stayed for a concert at Wembley and the receptionist was so helpful in informing us how to get there and advised us to go earlier than we had planned to experience the fan park, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Beds were very comfy and breakfast was great. Late checkout at 12pm was greatly appreciated after a late night and made it a leisurely stay. We will definitely be back."

"Very nice classic and elegant lobby and hotel in general was very comfortable and staff was very nice. One staff member , Flora originally from Peru was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations. The only part that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet. Same every day and the quality not up to the standards of the hotel. Should add at least one prepared fresh dish like an omelette etc.. "

"This property is on the beautiful, safe and quiet Sussex Street. It's only a 7-minute walk to Paddington Station. The solo traveler room with the twin bed was clean, light switches were high tech and easily accessible. The bathroom is micro, but clean, properly appointed and efficient. The staff are pleasant, professional and very attentive. I enjoyed my stay at the property. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to train station & super close to lots of shops, restaurants, and theaters. Room was small, but perfect for a solo traveler. Paid for a window room, but window was enclosed in an alley/courtyard, so really wasn’t much of an upgrade. Would definitely recommend & will be coming back! "

The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
