"Great location, near west lake, night market and metro. Very grand from the outside, but rooms need major refurbishment. We stayed 2 nights and moved rooms after night one as room smelled badly of cigarettes and damp. Staff very helpful and moved us immediately but, whilst better, it still smelled ..."
