Nice Hotel for Retreat
Nice hotel for retreat. Sited in a nice location with great rooms. It’s a bit off the beaten track, but great if you like to exercise a bit of jogging or cycling to bring you to West Lake. Only problem is that they claimed to have terminated their co-operation with Expedia and did not receive my booking though I had a confirmation. So I wasted lots of time calling the customer support center to try to resolve, all the time making and taking calls from Singapore/Arizona etc. Hope Expedia resolved the matter otherwise take down the hotel please!

I'm sorry, because the cooperation between hotels and Expedia has brought inconvenience to you. Our side has settled with the website. I hope you can come to Hangzhou again to choose Hangzhou Hangzhou Yaguquan Shanzhuang Hotel.

酒店位置不太好找，有点偏，价格也偏贵。胜在服务态度还好。就是跟网友所说的就是味道太大。不是容易散去。睡一晚上头疼。离景点有距离。

Excellent resort in a great area. Peaceful setting
Authentic and traditional Chinese upscale resort. Enjoyed the service and amenities.
