"Took 40 mins to check in and there was garbage all over the lobby floors"

"Suited our purposes for a short stay. Room was fine, though bathrooms are dated and there were some questionable hairs on the walls and ceiling. Wifi, ice machine, and air conditioning all worked well. Breakfast included was plentiful and had a good selection, and location was convenient with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby."

"Austin at the desk was very friendly and helpful and room was clean. However the website was very misleading on amenities. The free breakfast was not good and barely warm, coffee was nasty, hot tub had a gross film on top of the water and the outside was very sketchy. "They only clean the room once every three days. We requested additional towels from room service since we like to shower every day, and they didn't arrive. Had a suboptimal breakfast experience.
