A part of the panorama view one can get from the observation deck on level 65 of Hanoi Lotte Center. Entrance fee is around $11 during daytime and $6 during nighttime. The place has food and coffee shops, souvenir stores and some photo booths. There's also a free sky walk space. The fee maybe a bit high, but the place is definitely one to visit in Hanoi
