The Oriental Jade Hotel
The staff was amazing! So kind and so helpful. There were some wonderful extras--juice when we arrived, fruit in our room, and plenty of help with suitcases.

Solaria Hotel
Staff were all very warm and helpful. Bed was a bit hard but staff installed mattress topper for us (offered at check-in). Rooftop bar was convenient and nice. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Great location for enjoying Hanoi, especially when local streets close for the weekend.
