"Staff went beyond duty to make ur stay luxurious and comfortable. Good choices for buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious and location is super central to everything. Night market, beer garden is right at the door but cant hear noise in the room. Loved it. Has a sister hotel (indochin Le major) 2 mins away which has amazing spa."

"We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi right in the middle of the action and excitement of the city but felt like a quiet retreat each time we came back. The rooftop pool and bar was a lot of fun for the whole family, and our children really enjoyed the chance to swim in the beautiful water! The best part of our trip, however, was the help we received from Hanne! She was absolutely amazing and even let me connect with her on WhatsApp for city sightseeing and food recommendations. She was incredibly professional but so sweet and friendly! The entire staff was amazing as well, so accommodating and sweet. Really impressed with this stay!"
