Best location and service. Super convenient to experience with many coffee shops, food stalls and restaurants around. Few minutes working to the beautiful lake and souvenir shops. The staffs are very nice, friendly, willing to take extra time to help for your needs. Room is clean and well decorated. In short, everything is good, specially the service and staffs are outstanding. Will be back and strongly recommend to anyone.

Honestly slightly overpriced. The apartment smelled weird, my key didn't work. I was left without a key for three days because the management forgot about me, and even worse the internet does NOT work. You use a shared internet with everyone else on your floor, and not only is it slow, it usually goes down every hour or so. The TV didn't really work for me either, but luckily I bought my own entertainment. Also, I was charged an extra 100.000VND a night to extend my stay, so if you want to extend, just remember to book online instead of messaging directly. Other than that, I love how spacious the apartment was! The location is also very walkable, the kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and the cleaning ladies were really helpful.

One of the terrible experience in Vietnam

When I arrived there was no staff to wait for me and finally met some staff but she just gave me the key and went back to sleep without any welcoming to the customer. One day some girl came to the room and she said she is the staff here and pushed me with the reason that she couldn't find the payment record of my stay even though I already paid all through the booking website. How stupid! And one day I sent a Zalo message to that girl because she said that "please contact me if you need any help" and then I really needed some help. But she did not reply me even though she read my message. How rude.. there is totally no good memory here. Terrible. There are only the people who clean the room and the security people who just drink the tea with his friends everyday. I really dont know why this is serviced apartment. There is no people who can speak English and I am really wondering why they sell their room to the foreigners. I hope they just sell room to only Vietnamese people because of no global standard here.
