As a travel business , i always put customer's feelings and safety in my heart. Every year, we carry out maintenance and renewal of electrical systems, equipment such as elevators,etc. Because the repair will cause noise, we offer options for customers (can stay or be upgraded to a hotel with a better room). We surely that you had great time and just come back your cooutry for work, however spending your valued time to share your experience is much appriciated by our hotel Management board, We found out that there are small issue in your room when you check in, we acctually serve you with trible room (Considered as family room) for 3 occupants, that was fine as we know about trible room and family room not so far different, affter your complaint we did invite you to stay in our room as your orriginal booking however you refuse our suggestion that i thing two of your friend leave on that day then you did not want to move to other better room. Your stay in Hanoi Space Hotel were only 2 nights however we losted your first night with good experience with our appologise for passed inconvinience case, we also do hope for any other unpleasant about our service we had better spend time to seat and talk together ofcourse for next chance you make on near future to our team.
