This hotel was so beautiful and modern. Reception area is lovely and the staff are so friendly. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool and bar is so nice, highly recommend going up there for a swim and drink! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was a great location for seeing Hanoi’s old quarter and the rooms were surprisingly quiet considering how busy the streets were and comfy, the staff were very accommodating and helpful, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Rooms were very clean. Beautiful lobby. Amazing breakfast, worth paying extra to include with your stay. The rooftop pool was nice but a little cold for my kids. The only downside is the street in front of it is very busy. Not much to be done about that unless you stay in the French quarter instead.

Hotel de Lagom is a fantastic boutique hotel. The communication with their staff has been excellent, with consistent engagement before arrival, and their warm welcome has been outstanding. Breakfast was amazing, featuring a variety of local and Western dishes. Highly recommend this hotel which is located in the old quarter which has great views of Hanoi from their rooftop and the room was clean and spacious.

Great! We spent over two weeks in this new hotel and we are really happy with our stay. Slightly further out from the main pub street/Hoan Kian area, but very close to train street and walking distance to everywhere you’d want in Hanoi.
