This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location, with endless eating and shopping options. Lots of places to walk around and very easy access to transportation options. The staff was extremely friendly, the spa service was immaculate and our room was absolutely amazing. The room was just as described, so beautiful and comfy. The host Limh Pham was soo helpful and kind. She even sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat, drink and sight see. It made our trip soo much easier with all of her help. We definitely recommend this place you want to visit hanoi's old quarter.

Rooms are well decorated with contemporary cosy design. However there were few issues with the shower door being tight and the door to the balcony was ? permanently locked. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast at cloud 9 was of great variety and tasty. I personally don't like black bathroom tiles.

The decor is sophisticated and stylish and the property it is very clean and well maintained. It’s also well located in the Old Quarter. Great hotel. It’s beautiful, and the room was big and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly. They let me store my luggage and extend my check-out by an hour. They also offered a free shower after walking around the city before leaving for the airport, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is very central, in the heart of the old quarters.

The staff was amazing and the hotel very stylish and comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming and supportive. We didn’t get a room upgrade because they were fully booked but they went above and beyond in other ways- transferring our luggage to their sister hotel, booking spa treatments and their unwavering cheeriness. Highly recommend staying with these spectacular hosts.

Paid for 3,2m for a trip to CatBa car broke down we had to walk 300m in the 35 degree humidity carrying all our luggage to be able to find another car. We were expecting a better car for the price we paid .
