Delightful, friendly, helpful, and respectful staffs. I have to HIGHLIGHT an owner who acted above and way beyond common business practices/ rules and policies to ensure forms of trust, local custom, and last impression will be cherished by a customer (me) for years to come. A storyline was I booked and fully paid (non- refundable)room for 14 nights, and I decided to moved out of Label6Coliving apartment on 8th night. According to the rule and policy, it understandably non refundable. Yet, the owner was happily and unhesitatingly willingly to refund me a remaining 6 nights. All I can say is“ it is UNBELIEVABLE!”

L appartement est tres beau et propre. Je me serais quand meme attendu a avoir une cuisine avec un peu plus d equipement. En gros seulement 1 poele, 1 petit chaudron, 1 assiette, 1 gros bol et quelques verres. Un micro onde et une bouilloire qui ne fonctionne pas. Les 2 fenetres donne sur l intérieur alors aucune vue exterieur et appart tres sombre. Je crois qu il y a des apparts avec vue sur l extérieur j ai peut etre ete malchanceuse... C est tres bruyant parce qu avec l echo on entend tout les voisins comme s il etait presque dans ton appart. Hier soir je crois que quelqu'un travaillait sur sa motos parce que j ai entendu le moteur a maintes reprises( stationner a la reception) et des gens jusqua minimum 3h du matin. Je loue aussi des chambres dans des dortoirs et je dors plus tranquille que dans cet appart.

Good location in quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is actually quite nice, but kitchen is sparingly equipped. Cutlery for 3 and no mugs or cups is very basic. Kettle kind of worked most of the time but worst part was A/C that broke in all 3 rooms after 3 days. Hotel didn't manage to repair, so the last two days were extremely hot in 30+ degrees and high humidity - more so because the apartment has large uninsulated windows, that lets all the heat right in.

I stayed here while working remotely and it was just what I needed. Super quiet, great natural light, and the wifi never dropped. The desk setup was great, and I loved cooking simple meals in the kitchen.

Great apartment clean.lake is right in front but a distance from old town. A lot of up and coming food places but they close down for strong rain storms. Must use grab or have scooter to get around.

Fine, but not great.

I was not overly impressed. I booked a "one-bedroom apartment". Clean, quiet, all was there. But there is no windows looking out, so wven though I was on the 6th floor, I might as well have stayed in a basement. If you are only there to sleep, then it is a very comfortable place, but for longer stays make sure you have a window looking out. Also, the kitchen was hardly fully equipped. One pan, one pot, one fork, one spoon, one knife, some chopsticks, a rice cooker and some plates was all I had to work with. So if you need/wish to cook your own food, look elsewhere.

This looks like a hotel that isn’t quite complete. The reception looks very unwelcoming and vague (the entrance to which I only just managed to find down an un-signposted alley). The staff were pleasant enough but couldn’t help with a simple request of a bottle opener ( the room didn’t have one). The apartment was clean and Newly furnished, and I appeared to have my own terrace, which had a lovely view of the city and the lake. There were also some very interesting bars and restaurants just round the corner. The overall area is obviously in the process of being updated, but there are still numerous simple places to eat.

Excellent apart-hotel experience from start to finish. It's clear this hotel is very well managed and is paying close attention to the details. High level of staff discipline and friendliness is evident every time you interact. That is not always easy for a hospitality business to pull off, but they are certainly doing it well. I switched to this apartment from another hotel, and as a result of my experience I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Hanoi.
