Pro: the pictures of the rooms on the websites looks amazing. Con: the rooms does not resemble the pictures. Bathroom was moulding and urgently needs repair. Was not a 4 star hotel, service, quality, price etc.. was more like a one and half star hotel at best. Very disappointed

기대까지하고간건아니었지만대체로건물이나시설이오래되어서찌든때묻은곳이많더군요.화장실전체가그렇고변기의수동비데는쓰지도않았지만최악이었습니다.커피포트도관리하지않는것같고,더욱이입실했을때쓰레기통이비워져있질않았습니다.나머지는평타정도..?그리고이용후기들중에소음이있다고했는데소홀히본걸조금후회했습니다.자는거예민한분들은고려할만한상황입니다.밤늦게까지주변음악소리가쿵쿵울립니다.그리고조식은그냥저냥특별히맛있는거없고요,허기만채우시면됩니다.직원들도평범했지만짐들어주는직원은팁을바라는거같더라구요.엘리베이터도많이좁아요.여긴중궈어사람들이많이와서그런지로비가시끌벅적했어요.이상생각나는대로끄적여봤네요.

하루잠만자는건 보통
하노이 경유라 잠만 잔다고 생각하고 예약. 하노이공항서도 많이 떨어져 있고 엄청시끄러워요. 가성비 생각하고 와서 4만원 대비 전 보통인거 같아요.

The staffs are very friendly and good in English. The hotel itself is old, the water pumping system is not good, only little water came out when we shower. It’s very difficult to plug in the electricity plug that I have to try every plugs in our room to see which works. We lived close to the park, and the sound of people playing music when excercising woke us up every morning at around 6. The local area is really local but safe to work around.

Transfered to another hotel which has no window.
I understanded why this hotel has bad review. I booked two nights with this hotel through Hotels.com but they said they have only one night in their system. They transferred me to another hotel and the hotel room was small and has no window. I do not recommend to book this hotel.

전반적으로 가격대비 괜찮았다 위치는 올드쿼터에서 조금 떨어져있지만 워낙 택시비가 저렴해 그랩을 이용해 택시타고 다니니 괜찮았다 와이파이가 가끔 느려질때가 있긴 했지만 베트남 어딜가도 와이파이가 많이 빠른 곳은 못본듯 실내화는 일회용이 아니어서 조금 찝찝했고 주변에 큰 차들이 지나갈때마다 그런건지 종종 진동으로 인해 창문이 떨어져나갈듯 시끄러운 소리가 났다

ホテルは急遽とった一泊のみでしたが、チェックアウト後には一日中荷物を快く荷物を預かって頂けて19日間のベトナムの楽しい体験の有終の美を飾れると思っていたのですが、帰りの空港まで手配していたタクシーが来るまでじかんがあったので、近くに一件だけあるフットマッサージをする事にしたのですが、危うくぼったくりに合いそうになり最後の最後でかなり嫌な思いをしました。私は現地の知り合いに電話を代わってなんとか切り抜けましたが、このクチコミを見られ方は参考にした下さい。何れにしても、ホテルの評価には関係ないですが、それまでのホーチミンとヴィン での非常に有意義な体験に水を差すことになり残念です。

위치가 좋아서, 호안끼엠 주변을 관광하기에 정말 좋아요. 4성급 치고, 시설이 그렇게 좋진 않지만, 편안히 묵을수 있었어요.

Good location on major road. Not too noisy. Within walking distance to lake, market and other attractions. Good size room and bathroom, with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Front desk staff were not overly friendly. Checkout is at 12:00, whereas Expedia lists 12:30. This should be corrected as we had to check out at 09:00 instead of 12:30 after our walk. Restaurant was OK. Some confusion about menu poster. It gave the impression that we would get a free drink with the meal, however this was only with the combo. This was not mentioned. We were given access to te room at 12:00, which was really appreciated.

Nord for den gamle bydel
God beliggenhed, og meget hurtig indcheckning. Kun en enkelt og meget langsom elevator. Morgenmaden var meget simpel, men ok. Beliggenheden er ganske fin, og man kan gå ned i den gamle bydel på under 10 minutter

Take another hotel for this price.
During our stay there were several problems: First of all, the condition of the rooms is inferior. There was a power outage almost all day. And the height of the audacity is that the staff and receptionist lied to us and said there was electricity (when we saw her computer didn’t work because of the power outage).

Great value for money
Check in was a breeze. I had booked on hotels.com so everything was pre-paid. They took copies of our passports and no credit card was required for incidentals. This is a great location in the Old Quarter. Be aware, it’s on a busy street so you’ll hear honking all through the day and a bit at night. Bed was very comfy and I love all the extra pillows. Bathroom was decent although it did run out of hot water fast so take quick showers. The floors are wooden instead of carpet and they provide rubber slippers but I didn’t want to use them. WiFi speed - pretty fast and there is a safe to keep your valuables. They offer complimentary water and coffee above the refrigerator, amenities such as shampoo, shower gel and lotion. This hotel isn’t super fancy but for the price, it was a great deal. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear the neighbors. Large breakfast buffet - had a variety of foods from traditional American to Vietnamese such as egg rolls, pho and noodles! My only complaint is that after coming back from Halong Bay tour, we were hungry and walked into the restaurant at 9:30. The restaurant closes at 10pm. They told us they were closed - pretty sure they were just being lazy.

音とお湯
今回二回目の宿泊です。 部屋から前の道路の並木が見え雰囲気はいいです、 ただ、交通や隣の音がうるさいので、音を気にする方はだめですね。 湯船に浸かりたいのだバスタブを選んだが、お湯が貯まる前に水になり、これならシャワーだけにすればよかったととおもいました。

Solid 4 star.
A solid 4 star hotel. Very good free breakfast buffet. The only negative side was the low water pressure in the showerhead.

Nice hotel
The hotel location is central to lots of cool stuff to see. The hotel and the room was comfortable. The front desk staff were accommodating and friendly.The breakfast was a disappointment both days. The staff weren't prompt on replenishing coffee tea and other essential breakfast stuff.

Airport transfer not arranged.
I had responded to an email requesting flight details for airport transfer. When we arrived at the international airport no one was available. Airport Info desk called motel to be told this was not arranged as it was not included. It was a further disappointment to be told by staff when we arrived they were sorry for the mix up, acknowledging they may have missed making this booking. We were offered a variety of rooms. And once we were settled a plate of fruit arrived with a call from reception advising again their apology for the omission in arranging the transfer.

Hotel com muito boas condições. Piscina muito agradável. Pequeno almoço devia ser melhorado. Abandonei o Saigon Hotel (por falta de limpeza no quarto/village que me atribuíram)) e reservei uma noite neste hotel - estava em promoção e foi uma excelente opção (relação qualidade-custo). Massagem no hotel não recomendo - massagista propõe "room- massagem com fim feliz" e EXIGE tips, coisa que nunca me tinha acontecido.

Disappointed with the room, happy with the service
Our experience overall was acceptable, but we did feel somewhat dissatisfied since the images on hotels.com show beautiful rooms with wooden floors and white walls. However we got ones with old carpets and yellow walls, clearly not renovated like the ones in the picture Furthermore, the restaurant ended up being a disappointment due to several reasons: 1) The advertised opening hours for breakfast were not correct. We came down one morning at 9.30 thinking that we had lots of time left until the 10.00AM timeline mentioned in the keycard holders, only to find that half of the food was already packed away. Breakfast is served until 9.30, not 10, even though their written materials say 10.00 2) The restaurant menu is big, but they didnt have a large number of the dished they advertised. At one point we had to ask for 7 things until we found one that they actually had! 3) The quality between the morning/mid-day chef and the afternoon/evening chef is huge.. We ordered vegetarian Pho both for lunch and dinner, and it was not even close to being the same dish Apart from this, house keeping almost threw our laundry away - We only just got it 10 mins before checking out, which caused additional stress as we had to catch a flight onwards The staff is super helpful though, and there were without a doubt also many good things about our stay. Location is great for exploring the surroundings, and the prices at the hotel are reasonable, both for stay and food
