The hotel itself was fantastic but this running area was a little bit congested and difficult to navigate on foot. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Odd location seemingly tucked into an alley. But the building was very nice, as was my room. Only glitch was a bizarre sound of water rushing through the ceiling over my bed. Presume it was from a shower above, but the sound was very loud and weirdly in the main/bedroom as opposed to bath. Nice little bananas were welcomed as I arrived after restaurant and bar closed.

An amazing property to stay at. We came here after a couple days in old town area and it was nice to have a modern luxury hotel that had great amenities. Rooftop pool was awesome for the family to enjoy. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Would recommended this property and would stay here again!

Trevligt hotell i fint område
Väldigt trevligt hotell som ligger på gångavstånd från en massa affärer. Dock finns det inga gatlyktor på kvällen och man får försöka vandra i mörker. Men det är ett säkert område och det finns inga anledningar till oro, även som ensam kvinna. Det finns dock andra hotell som ligger i lite mer upplysta områden, som jag hellre skulle välja pga det. Vilket också bevisas av att jag inte bokade samma hotell igen. Men det är i väldigt fint skick. Hotellets restaurang serverar alldeles för små portioner och till ett högt pris, men det är gott.

Fab place to stay and escape the madness of Hanoi. Lovely pool and fitness area, fab breakfast and Treat restaurant was also tasty! A really nice mix of guests that we even spent time with. You will need the Grab app to get taxis around Hanoi but honestly coming back to Oakwood was fab! Staff are beyond lovely and we even extended an extra night as so comfortable. Thanks for a great staff and will Defo check out the Oakwood in Ho Chi Min.
