LOVING The Rising Dragon Villa Hotel

We LOOOVED Rising Dragon Villa Hotel. It was recommended by a friend that LOOOVED IT and now I will definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Hanoi. The service was excellent. The staff was very, very accommodating.

We stayed at the rising dragon for 4 nights and the staff were excellent. They gave us a room on a higher floor upon request to reduce noise and it was so quiet! They also gave lots of info for tours and how to get to Ha Long Bay. They allowed us to store our large bags there while we went on a 2 day trip to Ha Long Bay. The location is close to everything in old town and make walking feasible to the outdoor sites as well. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, AC was great, and shower was nice too.

Great Hotel

Great Hotel, good location for walking to local attractions and food. Quick and efficient check-in. Helpful and very friendly staff. Good breakfast that was included. Clean room with ample space for three people. Spent three nights in city with two nights at other hotel and only one here, should have stayed all nights here .

Zentrale Lage und überaus zuvorkommendes Personal

Ich habe das Hotel im Vorfeld gebucht und noch von zu Hause einen Trip in die Halong Bucht gebucht. Das verlief alles problemlos und die Antwort vom Hotel kam immer sehr rasch. Das Personal vor Ort ist super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Es hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon dabei. Vom Hotel aus sind es nur wenige Gehminuten in die Stadt. Auch gastronomisch fehlt einem in der Umgebung nichts. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der einen Aufenthalt in Hanoi plant.

Hotel & Trip Review

I went to Hanoi on 25 - 29 October 2017 and stayed at Rising Dragon Villa Hotel that I booked via Expedia . This room was quiet small but bad was so comfortable! Breakfast in the hotel was not included so we need to pay more $USD 5 that would be ready around 6.30AM. According to staff, They were friendly, helpful, and spoke very well English. They arranged the impressive trip for me to Sapa for 2 days 1 night. Regarding areas of improvement, in term of the trip as I mentioned before they arranged the program for me but they didn't tell me clearly what am I going to do or gave me the schedule of the trip to me. They should create the itinerary and give it to every their customers. In addition, in term of information even though they could write and spoke English well but they didn't tell me clearly details like payment, transportation, and trip. Last day of the trip, the staff told me before It was started that last day of the trip the bus will drop me at the hotel so I shouldn't be worried about that. In fact, the bus dropped everyone at the bus station and I was waiting for the picked up but no one appeared. So we need to I rode pillion on a motorcycle taxi to the hotel. It made me so disappointed. They should improve professional skill in term of coordinating.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten leider ein straßenseitiges Zimmer, wodurch es durch den regen Verkehr recht laut war. Das Zimmer war für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung und zweckdienlich. Letztendlich waren wir zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Great find

Excellent location. Shower is very good! Toilet is very good. Beds are firm but comfortable. Reception staff are amazing!!!! Very very helpful. Nothing to complain about here. This hotel is great. Remember it's not 5 star so don't expect it to be.

Zentrumnahes Hotel

Das Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster, aber zum Flur raus. Es ist recht klein, aber sehr gemütlich und fürs Schlafen hat es allemal gereicht.
