Staff were lovely and location was great in Hanoi. However the plumbing wasn't the best and often left a smell. Also, I arrived early and they held my suitcase for me until check in time. Although this is kind, I would question the security behind this as i went in and out of that room a few times and other people's belongings were there. Seems like anyone could take it if they had to temporarily store something as well. Be aware it's very noisy on the street below.

The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.
