ホテルは、ゴールデンウィークなので、洗濯機付きの、広いツインで予約しました。 グレードアップされたのかはわかりません。 部屋のセキュリティボックスが壊れていました。使えなかったです。 それなりの部屋を予約しましたつもりなのですが、残念でした。 スーツケースの鍵をかけることで代用しました。 お部屋の広さや料理は満足です。 日系のスーパーホテル系列なので、日本国通じると思ったのですが、ほとんど英語対応で、グーグルの翻訳アプリを使いました。 近くに日本大使館があるので、その周りに、日本食レストランガタクサンあり、安心して食事ができました。

Rooms were ok but the bathrooms need updating. Rust on metal panels are very visible especially on the corners on the shower enclosures.

プール、大浴場があって、子供連れにはとても良かったです。浴槽付きの広いお部屋にしたので、お部屋でも入浴出来たし、洗濯が出来て本当に助かりました。フロントの方で日本語が話せる方がとても親切で、毎回タクシーを呼んでいただく際助かりました。設備は少し古いですが綺麗にされています。残念だったことはお部屋のシャワールームの方の排水が悪かったことです。体調を崩してしまった子供にはルームサービスのうどんとオレンジジュースがありがたかったです。

Family suite was very spacious and facilities good. Clientele and services (food, language etc) appear to be aimed at Japanese and Korean visitors. Breakfast is standard buffet breakfast - good but not exceptional. Traffic is very heavy and location not very central but Grab was very efficient, cheap and quick to get around even in peak hour.

無料アップグレードで使いきれない大きい部屋にしてくれた。朝食もおいしく、外がうるさい以外は全く文句がなかった。シャワーだけでなくお風呂が付いているし、ウォシュレットも付いていて快適です。

Super Hotel Candle is a 4 star hotel that strives to provide a 5 star service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, food is good and with plenty to choose from even for a picky eater like myself, and personnel will try to satisfy any request. Third time in this hotel and for the first time i had a massage, too bad i haven't had more of them, extremely relaxing. I will come back for sure and i recommend this hotel for short and long stays.

Hotel Is very nice and the staff is excellent.. The breakfasyis great and offer lots of choice. The area is easy access (by car) to many nice shopping areas. But Hanoi is crowded , cannot escape that!
