Five stars for the staff alone! The girls at the front desk were professional, kind, and so helpful from check-in to check-out. Positive: New rooms, clean and cozy, even though is pretty small, but for a few nights it is enough space for a couple. Staff very sweet and willing to help and make your experience good. Perfect location, exactly in the city center, close to everything. Negative points: Breakfast very poor, I wouldnt recommend to book it, and if it is already included, dont even bother to go, much better eating outside. Do not book any tours and rides with the hotel, very over priced and we had a bad experience with the food tour, which they charged per person 38$ and in the end we had a bad guide which just brought us to restaurants and order food, and in the end the price of everything was max. 15$ each, not even close to 38$. Transfer to the airport also 3x more than ordering a normal Grab. Besides that, the hotel itself is good for people who are looking to be central.
