This is an older hotel and can use a tune up. Staff were great. Carpet in our room were soiled. Bathroom shower leaked and as a result the floor was covered with water when we stepped out. Location is good. Easy walking to the old quarter.

Hanoi Le Jardin Hotel & Spa
This place was so wonderful, that we cancelled our other stay and came back for the night. The staff are all super helpful and the hotel is very clean. We will be back the next time we are in hanoi

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
We were given a room where the shower flooded. I noticed it right away upon entering and informed the staff but nothing was done until later. We were given another room later. It was disruptive.
