"The staff is absolutely amazing. The concierge was totally helpful to me. Always smiling and greeting everyone and went above and beyond in making my stay wonderful. I proposed to my gf in the room we got. Asked for favors and they complied without attitude. It was a great stay!"

"Our room was in perfect condition great job. Jame in kitchen did great job on choices on food variaty and eating area top notch. Tonya signed us in was easy as usual we stay there often and any request we had, Tonya was happy to do it. Mainteance guy makes parking lot looks great. (FUNNY PART) Maintenance guy was cutting the grass trying to beat the rain AND DID IT watched from our window was also fun. LOL. We stayed other places in heath ohio and saved Comfort inn THE BEST FOR US all the time now...... GREAT CREW MAKES BEST PLACE."

"Taylor, the young lady who worked the front desk, was so welcoming, sweet, and made me feel at home during my stay. Also, the manager was so kind and always spoke to me if we crossed paths and even asked if I needed something. Sorry I cannot remember her name, but very kind. The hotel and lobby and especially my room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe. Having the restaurant and coffeehouse on premises was so convenient. Highly recommended and will stay again if in the area."
