"The hotel looked very dull on the outside but from the moment we walked through the door it was lovely. The foyer is comfy and welcoming, the staff were all friendly and helpful, our room was cosy, clean and had great air con. They opened it despite me being in the room with 2 keys from it. I told that I’m planning to stay until 11 AM which is my check-out time. It repeated second time in 5 minutes. Another lady knocked and opened the room. They did it to other rooms on the floor as I’ve heard them doing it. I was taking shower, so...

"Very bad experience. It's not a 4 starts hotel, it's just an overpriced AirBnB, no breakfast, no services at all. Also rude staff who didn't provide any info about the property and surroundings. The check-in consisted in a rude woman who handed the key, rushed us into the room and left. They didn't even provide the wifi password. This is not the way to treat guests. To avoid at all costs, despite the beautiful location."
