"The stay provided a really welcome break. The hosts met us to check in and were really warm and welcoming. We were shown around the property and assured to contact them if we needed anything. We didn't as the accommodation had everything that we needed. I was slightly concerned that the room may have been cold given the time of year, but it was really warm and cosy and well furnished. The shower was also powerful and hot. I would definitely recommend for a short break. "

"Lovely room and incredibly clean which is nice. However hardly any staff there ever. We had an issue with a couple of things and no one there to sort it so just had to make do. Also at night there is an emergency exit light which is extremely bright and nothing to black it out. The views were really lovely though and the place is quiet. "I sent this to greeneking Iam writing regarding the room my mother and I stayed in on Christmas Eve. While the room was a reasonable size, it was extremely dated and had visible dents in the wall, which immediately suggested poor maintenance. However, the bathroom was the main issue, and it was in a condition that should never be offered to paying guests. The attached photos show mold along the caulking, rusted and corroded fixtures, cracked fittings, and clear signs of long-term neglect. The...

"The hotel staff were friendly, but the experience was lacklustre. Room was really basic and tired looking. Bathroom was minute. Food was fine and staff nice, but won’t come back as overall did not meet expectations. "
