"Lovely room and incredibly clean which is nice. However hardly any staff there ever. We had an issue with a couple of things and no one there to sort it so just had to make do. Also at night there is an emergency exit light which is extremely bright and nothing to black it out.

"I arrived just before 7pm to find a queue of people in the lobby, it quickly became apparent that there was an issue, a technical one. You had just one single member of staff on reception who was trying to deal with it.
