"Staff was super courteous and room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel has pretty much everything you need on sight."

"Highly recommend travelers staying here for a cruise do not book the shuttle to the port or be mindful of delays. Our shuttle was supposed to pick us up at 10:15 for a 10:30 check in time. When I questioned this while booking I was told it’s 6 minutes tj the port so stick with the 10:15 shuttle. The shuttle ended up dropping off and left with out picking up and ended up being delayed over an hour. The staff at the hotel was not helpful at all and avoided helping to resolve the issue for an extended period of time. While this may not have been the hotels fault the way the hotel staff handled communication and resolution was not good at all negatively impacting the start of our trip."

"The Hilton Garden Inn in Port Canaveral was convenient as we were going on a cruise. The room was clean and comfortable. Customer service was good. Would definitely stay there again."

"Upon check-in, I was given a piece of paper stating rooms will be cleaned and linens changed every 3 days. I was there 6 days. The sheets were never changed. The elevator was out of order the whole time I was there. The shower head in the bath had green mold around all of the nozzle jets. The ceiling in the room has pieces missing out of the skip trowel. Pretty second rate all around."
