"This is a terrible one of all the hotels I stayed in LA . Hated everything sorry. From the staff and all. I don’t recommend this hotel. I brought my pet which is a service dog but they still wanted me to pay the pet fee , it said on their site if it’s a service dog it’s free. If it wasn’t for my husband they wouldn’t give me back the pet fee. He had to explain everything. Anyway, just didn’t like my stay here. Terrible terrible 😞"

"２回目の宿泊でした。 デラックスダブルルーム ダブルベッド２台での予約だったんですが、チェックインを済ませて部屋に入ったらキングサイズのベッドが１台でした。 またこのホテルにはエレベーターがなく荷物を運ぶのが大変だと思い、事前に２階を希望したんですが残念ながら３階でした。 あと、フロントスタッフで１人とても感じの悪い方がいます。英語が通じない、嫌々感が顔ににじみ出ている、とてもホテルのスタッフとは思えません。"

"My room did need some cleaning . Mostly sweeping and there were no towels in the room."

"The room was pretty dirty, almost like housekeeping replaced all the sheets and towels but didn’t clean. One of the towels had a blood stain on it. The shower head barely worked and the comforter was stained. The bathroom also had the smell of mold/ mildew. We didn’t even feel comfortable enough to get under the bed covers and we left shortly after. Staff and parking was great and Im sure the lady meant well but the room was atrocious."

"The first room we were in there clearly was a plumbing issue. The second room we were in stunk. The rooms were outdated and if I knew I could have found a room somewhere else I would have moved to a different location."

"Really nice hotel to stay in and so close to Universal Studios ( very convenient location). The room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a coffee, cappuccino and a hot chocolate machine located in the lobby area. Also a Bevi water machine with electrolytes, zinc, vitamins and choice of sparkling water. Definitely a game changer not having to look for Starbucks in the morning. The parking is currently $25 a night. Several reasons I am giving a 4 Star this time and not 5....

"I only stayed for one night and enjoyed time there. Lobby was beautiful. It had its own gift shop with genuinely everything you could ever need (toothpaste, toothbrushes, sweaters, candies, ice cream, souvenirs). There was a bar and a lot of different areas you could sit at in the lobby. I didn’t see the event/meeting rooms but there were many! Just 2 downsides from my visit: the windows were dirty and sticky, the tv only had a few channels and had no other options besides maybe 20 live channels...
