Cari Hotel Kapsul di Harlow

"very nice clean rooms ; next to big shopping center; easy access by car. staff were very helpful in printing boarding passes for free."

"The hotel part is at the back of the Pub so very quiet. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Nice to stay somewhere where the decor was different to the standard hotel. We stayed there two nights and all meals were very good and served really hot. It was also nice to have the choice of different options for breakfast. The bar and restaurant are separate and really clean and nicely furnished. We have stayed in several hotels in this area during the past year and the Green Man is...

"This was a first visit to property and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the Marina village. Although arrived early we were allowed access to room straight away, at that time of day parking was very good. Had lunch in bar/restaurant, choices on menu very good. For anyone travelling by rail station right next to site across canal. I would definitely stay again"

"I stayed here twice this last month. The first time was fine, the only thing is you have to tell the reception each day if you want your room cleaned or towels replaced. The second time I booked my room around 8pm for check-in the same day. I somehow booked the following weekend (my bad). I turned up at the hotel less than 4 hours later and found out my error. However, the hotel refused to refund my payment despite recognizing my obvious mistake and me paying again for another room with the...

"in Harlow town park.BUT Needs major upgrade. It isn't a hotel it's a grubby hostel with a nasty toilet and shower separate from the room. The stained shower looks like a refugee from the 1960s It's a very sad place to be. The mattress was terrible, extremely uncomfortable so I didn't get much sleep due to the pain generated by laying on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

"Great property, location and communication "

"The hotel is in horrible conditions, the room was dirty, spots on the carpet and arm chair , old rusty handles in the bathroom , my dog has stayed in better kennels!! 😩"

"The room is spacious and tidy but there is no USB charge plug at all in the room (room 744). I am from north America and the electric plug does not fit at all. I have inquired to the front desk and they have no knowledge . the manager need to come to my room to have a look. I think having a USB plug at the wall is a very basic thing charging cell phone using USB . Very disappointed And other thing will be the TV reception is really poor (The one in front of the bed). no channel can be...

"Lovely property and very well located. The staff were exceptionally helpful"

"Amazing location"

"Complimentary upgrade was very much appreciated."

"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"We love this hotel and location. Super helpful staff and comfortable room - be aware they are a tight fit."

"We were hapoy to stay at mercure bankside. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. Its not the newest hotel, but kept clean. The location is very nice, a little bit more quiet, but city center is easy to reach also by foot. 5 min walk to bourough market and 2 mins to tate modern."
