"I was met by a friendly staff member, who was very helpful. The room I was given was dirty. The staff member quickly changed my room to a room in the back of this hotel that is on the ground floor. In this area the rooms are all on the ground floor. There were a few problems that are not worth mentioning, but not being able to get the water warm enough to shower was concerning. My main and most upsetting concern was at 9 PM on the night of March 24. A truck was running in that area out in front of my room. I called and spoke to someone at the front desk. She informed me she was with another customer and would handle it as soon as possible. At 9:40 I received a bang on my door, it was who I assume is the front desk person and the man that is driving the truck. I did not answer the door as I did not feel safe. I now hear the man say well the lights are out must be sleeping and they both walked away and the truck stayed running out front of my room all night long. I was not able to sleep due to the noise of the truck and I was now in fear. Why would she bring this man to my door? I should have called the authorities. I had to stay up all night and listen to that truck while I feared they knew where I was staying. "

"Only made the bed three out of five days. Carpeting in halls worn filthy and disgusting. Never cleaned my bathroom or the floors. Staff was accommodating. Was extremely disappointed that pool and hot tub were not working. I picked that location because of that. Would have liked some communication ahead of time. I would have switched hotelz"

"I checked out and was waiting for my ride. The foreign staff member went in and made the beds. She didn't change the linens for the next guest. "

"The room was not in hotel quality standards. There was hair on the bathroom floor trapped at the door threshold, the tile on the bathroom floor was loose and badly caulked. There were dead bugs in the room. The overall condition was poor. I would not stay here or recommend this property to anyone. As I was checking out and asked for a printed folio, I was told the printer wasn’t working and there was no sign of any empathy or anything as the message was delivered bluntly and I was told because I booked third party, they can’t do anything for me and the only thing they know is the commission they get from the third party. I felt like I was penalized or judged for not booking directly with the hotel. Thank you. "
