"We were very happy to stay at The Bowral Hotel on our recent weekend away. We made a last minute decision to go away and was nervous our booking might be overbooked/ cancelled due to demand for the long weekend. I rang to confirm before we started driving and George was so lovely on the phone. He couldn't see our booking at the time but took the time to call us back 15 minutes later to confirm that the booking had arrived.
