"The staff was amazingly helpful with every problem we found. And there were a lot of problems found. Blood was found on the framework of the bathroom door. The toilet in both different rooms we were in was moving on the floor and banged every time you sat on it or got up like it was gonna break. The woodwork had greasy handprints all over it. You could smell cigarette smoke in the rooms, even though it was a non-smoking environment. There was a noisy casino machine that was on all night long and...
